So far, I’ve taken 10 sessions with Shaimaa, and I am NOT stopping anytime soon! The workout is not difficult, she listens to my body and doesn’t do extreme workouts. The time passes so fast and you realize you did a full body workout in 20 minutes only! I’ve gained muscles and definitely toned in some areas! Best choice for people who hate going to the gym like me! 10/10

Excellent personal training. Jaja really cares and goes above and beyond to help me achieve my goals. I have been with them for a month now and I have seen some changes in my body, most especially weight loss. A small and private place that feels more personal. Easy access near the metro station and they are very flexible with the timings. Highly recommended!

Been going to kick it body fitness for ems classes for about a month now and it’s been really great! The team is very nice, supportive and flexible with scheduling. With a busy work schedule they’ve made it very easy for me to get 2 works outs in per week. I’m already starting to see changes in my body! Can’t wait to see what another 2-3 months will do.
