I have been training with kick it studio recently, must say it is one’s of the best fitness studios in Dubai with modern equipment and properly designed training Have been training with Jaja, and he is just superb, he understands exactly the client’s fitness goals and designs the workouts accordingly and pushes you one level higher each and every time. Overall as per my experience, it is much better than other overcrowded and money-making fitness studios in Dubai

So far, I’ve taken 10 sessions with Shaimaa, and I am NOT stopping anytime soon! The workout is not difficult, she listens to my body and doesn’t do extreme workouts. The time passes so fast and you realize you did a full body workout in 20 minutes only! I’ve gained muscles and definitely toned in some areas! Best choice for people who hate going to the gym like me! 10/10

It’s only 20 mins but with a full body workout.

I always love the experience of EMS, been doing this for 2 yrs now. I’m not the type of person who will stay a long time in a gym as I value my time. It’s been almost 2 months since I joined this place and what an amazing way to transform yourself instead of spending many hours in the gym. From day 1 my experience with the place is super amazing. Kudos to Shaimaa she’s always very polite always welcoming and love that I am getting my water glass with my name and smiley on that.. you are simply wow… and my trainer Ja Ja you are the man.. really always pushing me for the next extend and now down the line in two months I can see the difference. Excellent personal training. Jaja really cares and goes above and beyond to help me achieve my goals. I have been with them for a month now and I have seen some changes in my body, most especially weight loss. A small and private place that feels more personal. Easy access near the metro station and they are very flexible with the timings. Highly recommended!

Been going to kick it body fitness for ems classes for about a month now and it’s been really great! The team is very nice, supportive and flexible with scheduling. With a busy work schedule they’ve made it very easy for me to get 2 works outs in per week. I’m already starting to see changes in my body! Can’t wait to see what another 2-3 months will do.

Kick It Body, is an amazing EMS studio, with professional trainers and European equipments. Must try for all, especially when the 20 mins session burns 700-800 calories… Keep it up.

Awesome experience with a certified personal trainer. I got my free session, along with the welcome gift. Gym suit, protein shaker, towel, and bag. The EMS session lasted 20 minutes, and I felt it on all my muscles. A tasty free drink was given after the session ????????
